THE CUB PROMISE AND LAW
All the Cubs and Cub leaders have to make a promise when they join the group. All of the other sections do their own version of the promise, but they have much in common.
The Cub promise is:
“I promise to do my best,
To do my duty to God and the Queen,
To help other people,
And to keep the Cub Scout Law”
They also have a Cub law that they try and keep every day. The Cub law is:
"Cubs always do their best,
Think of others before themselves,
And do a good turn every day."
